The photographer’s brief

This is one of the most important pieces of information the event manager can give a photographer. The more details you can provide the easier the day flows for everyone.

The brief should include:

  • The coordinators name and contact number.
  • Location details, parking etc
  • A time line of the day’s events.
  • How many people at the event.
  • Do you want everyone photographed.
  • Are there group shots.
  • How big is the largest group.
  • Names of VIP’s and speakers
  • Will there be a Media Wall.
  • When are the images required.
