The
photographer’s brief
This is one of the
most important pieces of information the event manager can give a
photographer. The more details you can provide the easier the day
flows for everyone.
The brief should
include:
- The coordinators name and contact number.
- Location details,
parking etc - A
time line of the day’s events. - How many people at the event.
- Do you want everyone photographed.
- Are there group shots.
- How big is the largest group.
- Names of VIP’s and speakers
- Will there be a Media Wall.
- When are the images required.
